The bottom of our 11 year old water heater rusted out and flooded the basement several months ago. We needed it replaced same day due to a malfunctioning shut off intake valve on the water heater itself. I had to shut off the water to the entire house. To add to my dilemma I also wanted it replaced with my preferred brand. I called 2 other companies before WCS and was told it would be at least a week before they could get to me. I called WCS, explained the situation and they sent Bryan out within 2 hours. I had a new water heater installed a couple hours after that. No extra fees or up charge and the price was fair. And, WCS will come inspect and drain it free of charge each year.

We had such a good experience with the water heater that we had Bryan out yesterday to do a checkup on our older HVAC system. He was very thorough and explained the “need to address” items and “future things to consider” without pressure. Bryan is prompt, courteous and takes the time to explain things clearly. He represents your company very well.

Don was responsive and helpful when we found water damage on our home near the patio. He was very honest about the problem and was able to fix the issue quickly and at a fair price. Would highly recommend!

We responded to an ad on Craigslist to see if Macon Plumbing could give us a good price on a hot water heater pick up and installation. Tony was able to help us the very next day and gave us a good price, picked up the hot water heater, installed it and got rid of our old tank. We saved $250 using him instead of the Lowe’s contractors. He was responsive, on time, fair priced, and very professional. It also gave us peace of mind that he was licensed and bonded. We used Miguel and his crew for multiple rooms in our house. He has two more rooms to complete and can't wait to plan those. They do great work. I love each project.

We had scheduled with the Handyman twice. We initially scheduled on a Friday to have him come and mount our TV in our brand new home, and we called several times between the times he was supposed to come, and then had to what's app him in order to get a response. He said he had us scheduled for another day (that neither my fiancé or I would be available). He then proceeded to say what about on Sunday and we gave him a time and he put it in his calendar. However, after waiting around again for >1 hour again we had to call Jeremy and ask if he was coming. He said his truck was broken, and I know that things happen, however a notice before the appointment should be expected. I know there are a lot of great reviews which is why we went with the Handyman, however we are now going to mount our TV ourselves, and 0/5 stars would not recommend. Absolutely not reliable, and poor communication skills.

Mike and the others were excellent to work with on our basement renovation and bathroom addition. They installed custom built shelving and we love it all so much.
