We had a major clog in the basement drain, our technician, Stephen gave us our cost before the work was performed. He was quick and efficient, and even gave some much needed information so as not to have another clog. He was very cordial and easy to speak to, was not trying to hurry the job even though he was there after 7pm. IF ever we need service again, perhaps he can return.
