He was extremely pleasant, did his job exceptionally well even with my little kids running around and watching intently, and held up a great conversation with me while I was watching.I know the Roto Rooter may not be the cheapest option by dollar amount, but I also know when I call them they won't leave me until the problem is resolved, whatever it is. For that reason, the value comes in the quality of the service and lack of hassle.

They are very professional when you can get them to show up. They did an excellent job the first time, but I've called 3x to schedule an appointment to fix another issue and they say they'll call me back to schedule an appointment, but I still haven't gotten a call back.
