We had all 3 of our toilets replaced and two of them needed some extra care. The gentleman that came out were awesome. They replaced all our toilets, hauled all of them aways, and were super clean. They were done in about 2 hours and were reasonably priced in my opinion. Highly recommend if you need a plumber and are Hilliard/Columbus.

Blake and John surprised us by being able to repair the leak without tearing out the ceiling below the toilet. This made the repair, which we had already authorized, a lot less expensive and much less disruptive. They were friendly, communicative and professional. World Class Services helped me with my air conditioner when it stopped working on the HOTTEST 90 degree day. Another company took 1 look at my unit and told me I needed to completely replace it and gave me an $8K estimate. World Class Services came out after hours to look at my unit and were able to quickly find the source of the problem. The technician, Shane, walked me through what he was checking for and helped me understand the WHY behind it. He triple checked everything - both with the unit outside and the vents inside and made sure all were working properly before he left. He truly wanted to help me figure out the source of my issues and wasn't just looking to sell me something. Can't recommend this company enough!
