Best Purification System in Columbus OH

Our sump quit working 12/24/15. We called them out urgently as we were going out of town 12/26. They sent out a dufus who put in a new sump but could not get the lid on. All for $2200. We could hear the sump from our bedroom and it seemed to run all the time. We called the dufus back out and he said it was working fine. He could not explain why it was running all the time and loud. Fortunately, the Basement Guy, found a leak in the pipe, put in a quieter high capacity sump, closed the lid for $600 and we are sleeping soundly again. Do not use these rip-off artists.

Just called to get some information on product location and customer service was great.

We had an emergency AC situation and we set up the appointment in the middle of the night. They answered first thing the next morning and were there within minutes. Our assigned tech, Lavon Haynes, was extremely efficient, professional and knowledgeable. He took care of the issue in a timely and professional matter and we couldn't be more satisfied with the service and price we received from them. We would recommend them, and especially Mr. Haynes, to anyone who has any issues of this nature. Thank you so much!

Please look at what is covered with $150 coupon. It clearly states items with the water heater. The technician did a great job and said it was handled by the plumbing side. I expect Atlas Butler to have the water heater checked per the coupon! You might review the coupon items in the future referencing the water heater. Please let me know when the water heater will be checked as advertised with the coupon?

Do not waste your time with this company unless you want to be stood up! And the promise to reschedule weren't kept either. Horrible customer service. Happy to have found a more professional company to hire.
