Wow, what great experience.When I called I was quickly scheduled for the next morning to accommodate my schedule. I received a confirmation call the morning of to relay the expected time of Dan's arrival. Dan arrived on time . Dan was very attentive in listening to my concerns and went about hius business in an efficient manner, constantly communicating his findings. At the end of it all I felt that I had been well served. I know Waterworks will get my call next time I need anything in their ranges of services.

My water heater stopped working, the plumber knew exactly what was wrong, ordered the part and came over quickly to install the new part on my water heater. The price was affordable, the service exceptional and the plumber was nice. I am thankful.

Phil is fantastic. Smart, friendly, enthusiastic and dedicated. He installed gas lines for our new backyard firepit and a gas grill. The quality of his work and attention to detail was fantastic. I would highly recommend him.

Be careful because he will do the rough and try to get you to pay for rough and finish and never come back.

Eddie will get you permits for your job, do part of the work then want paid for total job and once you pay him he will pull off job and cancel plumbing permit.

HE DOESNT FOLLOW THE LAW AND LEAVES DOG ON CHAIN ALL DAY EVERYDAY 365 DAYS A YEAR
