Best Major Repairs in Columbus OH

I've used Mr. Electric for a few electrical jobs over the past few years. My most recent job was having a transfer switch and a standard outlet installed right next to my electrical box. I went with Mr. Electric because they are a high profile company here in Columbus and because I've used them before. The electrician they sent out was very professional, on time and provided me with an estimate for the job. I scheduled to have the work done the next morning. As before the electrician was on time and professional. Finished the job in a few hours. All good. The only thing to be aware of if you decide to use Mr. Electric is they do a lot of advertising and unfortunately this directly transfers into higher prices. The price of the job I had done was much higher than any estimates I found online as within the normal price range. Keep in mind that there was nothing unusual with my job. Nothing that needed to be done out of the ordinary. So, if you are on a budget it might be in your favor to look to an independent electrician as long as you can verify they are certified and qualified to do the work. Overall a good experience but on the high side on price.

Had a smoke detector malfunction today, and had a great experience with Positive Electric! Tony on the phone was incredibly nice and dispatched a technician within a couple hours to help us. Jesus, the technician, was very nice and professional as well. Fantastic customer service by both!
