The Waterworks are very friendly professionals and we have used them many times. Very fair pricing, good quality work, prompt and willing to explain options without a sales pitch. They will ALWAYS be our first call when the need is there.

The Apex staff took the time to get the details before service was provided. Once Josh arrived, he was cordial, professional, attentive to replacing the pop up drain that I partially installed. He took care of fitfinish, cleaned after himself, and checked his work for leaks. I will consider Apex Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

I have used Charlie at Drainmaster for the past 15 years when I need drain help with both residential and commercial properties.

Drainmaster routinely addresses the everyday problems, but they also have come to the rescue for larger and more complicated issues on many occasions(water line installations, gas leak repairs and sewer replacement). Managing buildings that are sometimes over a hundred years old, I have come across some tricky problems, but Charlie always figures it out.

I am writing this review after a particularly difficult issue was addressed after hours almost immediately after my call.

I would highly recommend Drainmaster for quality, timely work at reasonable prices.

Very professional company

Ive called 4 times, and spoken to the same lady 4 times. She has taken my information to give to the inspector to call me to schedule an inspection and give us a status report on where to go from this point. Ive never received a call back from any of my 4 phone calls. Ive wasted 30 days now (I did leave significant time due to the holidays) of my time now had I contacted a different company first. Wouldnt waste my time trying them.
