Tried to use this business but couldn’t get past the person with absolutely no common sense answering the phone.Explained my problem hot water tank will not stay lit yes I have the know how to light a hot water tank.Well he goes in to detail how to do it.Hopefully this was a temp service answering the phone because of it was a actual employee they obviously didn’t want to fix it.

Excellent customer service from Jordan Hamlin. He talked us through trouble shooting our furnace issue - at 10:00 pm on a Sunday night. When the trouble shooting didn’t work, he came to our home and fixed the problem. Very personable and efficient. Even at the late hour, he stayed to make sure our furniture was operational.
