Rooter Works was a pleasure to do business with. I made a call for a toilet repair (two toilets actually) and they were out the very next day. I was lucky enough to be dispatched BT, a truly gifted plumber. His attention to detail and the respect he showed for my home was greatly appreciated. We had a bigger issue than anticipated, but BT clearly explained the problem and diligently worked to resolve it. He was a joy to be around. I thank him and the team at Rooter Works for their high level of service all around. I’ll never use another company for my plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

As a homeowner, I've used this company for my sporadic plumbing needs for over 10 years but after my most recent experience I finally am writing a review. In this case, my water heater failed and was leaking. I called at 7am and in spite of them having a full schedule and even with 3 guys out for various reasons, they managed to fit me in the same day and got me a new water heater installed. I was impressed (again) and recommend them without reservation.

Called around for the best price for unclogging a basement floor drain and getting rid of a gawd-awful smell coming from it. Macon was the lowest, so Tony came out the next day. He says he removed a hideous, unidentifiable object from the drain and the water flow is clear. I called him back five days later because the smell was still there. He advised we flush bleach down the drain. We poured four gallons of concentrated bleach down the drain over the next four days. However, 12 days after Tony was here, the smell is still there.
Price: $95.00.
Result: I'm calling Roto-Rooter later today to see what they can do.

We had Atlas clean out the ducts and vents in our home. I really liked that they sent someone out to give us a free estimate of the cost. The technician was professional and kind and the estimate didn’t take more than 15 minutes and they were then able to get our appointment for the work to be done a few days later. The technician who completed the duct cleaning was also very professional and friendly. The process took about 3 hours and they included before and after pictures of the vents with our invoice. We had an overall great experience and the pricing was very reasonable. I will continue to use them in the future.
