Best Flood Prevention in Columbus OH

I was initially frustrated with communication/scheduling when my drain became clogged after heavy rains. I wish they would have just said someone couldn’t come out until much later instead of scheduling a very soon window and then ongoing rescheduling. Having said that, the plumber Nathan who came was excellent, immediately identifying the problem and getting to work to fix it. Ultimately, I was very satisfied with the service!
