My experience with World Class Services (WCS)was phenomenal...The services person (Shane) was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue he diagnosed. He was transparent with the remedies and possible options and at no time did I feel that he was attempting to sell me something I did not need. WCS was the third of three estimates and based on the required work to be done came in by far the most reasonable. In the event I need any services to be performed in my home, there will be one call only (WCS)!

Problem: No heat. Technician called to setup time. He arrived on time. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Very satisfied with the service and the technician.

I have never used this service and I never will. I'll exolain...explain.... Turning onto 71 from Frank road one of your drivers cut over 3 lanes just to get on 71. No turn signal, speeding, cutting 3 lanes. I was in my commercial vehicle and had to slam on the brakes so I didn't hit him. (Would have been his fault). Then this person speeds onto 71 north going well over the posted 55mph limit . I could t get a van number because his speed was to great. So this driver of yours sped, cut three Lans without signaling. This happened today 9-29-22 at approximately 9:20 am. He could have caused a very serious accident, including with me.

Cody Jenkins was awesome! He took the time to explain what was going on with our air conditioner and even gave recommendations on what we could do until we are able to replace it. He explained the new programs that are now available and I signed up right away. I have been a AB customer since 2007 and I appreciate the great service. I told Cody when its time for winter inspections I WILL request him!Today 5/18/22 Michael Blackburn came out for a plumbing inspection which was totally awesome! Didn’t know they did that. He fixed 3 issues that we noticed and it “didn’t break the bank!” No matter who Atlas Butler sends out the technicians are ALWAYS pleasant and very knowledgeable. We are never pressured and enjoy the “let me show you” conversations that take place. Thank you Atlas Butler! ??Today 11/22/2022 Days before thanksgiving with 20 people coming to my house the garage disposal went out! It’s only 3 years old so I knew it had to be something internal. George Walters found the problem with the wiring and I am back in business! Thanks #AtlasButler
