Horrible; these guys are in for a quick cash, I had them to come over to look at a low-pressure problem, he told us we need to install buster pump. We decided to call another company and get a second opinion, second plumbing company came in (Documented everything with pictures) and noticed water valve was halfway closed. Didn’t need anything at all.

John was wonderful! Took the time to listen to my problem and helped trouble shoot what could be going on. He gave suggestions of what can be done if the drain backs up again. This is the second time (different issue) I've worked with John and he is always professional, courteous, and honest. Will definitely call ARS again if needed!

Would give zero stars, but have to leave something. Attempted to have a quote performed for a few toilets and a urinal. Called exactly 10 times over a two and half month period and never received a call back, ever. Was repeatedly told I would get a phone call the next day which never came. The last few calls I placed I received from crudeness from whoever answered the phone, I'm assuming they recognized me, as I recognized their voice time and time again. All I wanted was a quote but they were unprofessional and wouldn't give me the time of day. Thanks for reading.

I had a gas leak that was detected. I was told by one company it was only one leak and it was actually three. It was quite the job to find the third and to repair them all. I called them for diagnostic visit for electric water heater burn out. This unit was installed in 2020. Technician did not take a look and asked us to replace it. We called another company and it was salvageable. We paid for their diagnostic visit for getting wrong information. The receptionist on call was extremely difficult to work with as well. I will not recommend their service to anyone!!

This guy is very unreliable. He came to my home gave me a price and said he would have someone else come out to work on it later and he would call me to let me know what time the person would be over. i waited 3 hours before i called and asked him if they were still going to come he said he would call back and never did. he is very unprofessional and im glad i went somewhere else.
