I'm very happy with their same day, on time service. Aaron, the plumber, was friendly and professional, and corrected our basement emergency quickly.

We discovered we had frozen pipes in our son’s bathroom (above garage) and called Accurate Plumbing along with numerous others on Christmas Day. The only company that called us back was Accurate. John, one of their team members, gave me very helpful advice and told me to turn all of the water off to the entire house in order to save the pipes from bursting when they unthawed. Mike, the owner, then called me back the following day to see what the situation was and was willing to squeeze us into their schedule whenever those pipes thawed out. We touched base daily and they came out this morning, actually even earlier than the appointment time. Upon turning the water back on, apparently we “got lucky” and had no leaks/broken pipes.
I can’t thank Mike, John, Cameron and their entire team enough!!! Had we not been given their advice who knows what kind of damage we’d have experienced today. They are very communicative, knowledgeable, responsive and really seem to care. I’ll use Accurate Plumbing any time I have a plumbing situation in the future…they’re the best!!!

Pilot light went out on hot water tank on Sunday, called home warranty company and had 2 different plumbing companies out to try and fix the hot water tank. Neither company could fix the issue. Decided to call Roto-Rooter, they were out the very next day and fixed the issue without any problem. The tech had the needed parts available on the truck and knew exactly what was needed to fix the problem. Very pleased with the fix. The tech was very knowledgeable, experienced and helpful. Highly recommend Roto-Rooter. Wish we had started with them and could have had this issue resolved 4 days earlier.
