Technician was able to come earlier than expected. Was called and verified if an earlier time was okay before dispatch send the tech out instead of them just showing up unannounced. Communication was great, and the service was better! I like that there was a 90 day guarantee with the drain cleaning service and if it needed done again within 90 days it will be covered.

Main drain had a brick in access point of drain. Plumber left & got a large crow-bar and was able to pry it out! Man went the extra mile and got the job done! My husband and I were very happy that our con Crete basement floor didn't have to be broke up!!! He snaked both drains, to ensure the drains were both clear and cleaned. Reasonable price $160. Scheduled me super quick. Lady on the phone was super super nice!! They came during the appointment time. Mike B and Jeff came out. THEY WERE AMAZING!!! Super nice and respectful of my house. Fixed the problem and double checked everything worked. They cleaned up after themselves too. Great with animals!Such amazing service!!!!

John and Glenn were so nice to come out nd take a look at our issues to resolve the kitchen sink disaster as well to provide a quote on installing a new shower. We have not used them yet but plan to in the very near future. Extremely professional , personable and listened to my concerns.

I was calling around, and had a few people not call back. One wanted to have an appointment made. Another wanted me to go through a contractor. These guys told me the exact price they would charge, and when they could be there. They showed up on time. They did exactly what they said they would do. They charged me exactly what they said they would charge. And they didn't even mess up my carpet removing the old water heater. I could not ask for anything better.

Rooterman of Columbus was assigned to assess the cause of a leak by a home warranty company that we placed on Friday, August 28th. They were scheduled for Monday August 31, 2020 between 1-5pm.

I called Monday morning to confirm, and was assured someone would be out. No one showed up. I called shortly after 5pm Monday evening asking for an ETA, and was told they would check and call me right back. No one called me back. I called again around 6pm, they said they wouldn't be able to make it out that day and rescheduled for 1-5pm on Tuesday, September 1st.

I called three times on Tuesday, couldn't leave a voicemail due to a full mailbox and no one showed up. No one has called to follow up or reschedule and it's now September 9th.
