The tech arrived quickly and he was masked and gloved. He was able to tell us that both furnace and hot water heater were fine despite the basement flooding. He showed us how to light both after they were dried out. And he left not charging us anything!!

Jamie Hence was EXTREMELY professional, knowledgeable, punctual and explained the process from beginning to completion. He continued to keep us uodated on progress and worked neatly and despite having to cut the drywall, he did so very neatly while opening what was necessary. Its was so impressive to see a young man with these attributes and willing to provide customer focused service! I highly recommend Mr Hence and will definately contact him for any future plumbing issues!

These guys told me the exact price they would charge, and when they could be there. They showed up on time. They did exactly what they said they would do. They charged me exactly what they said they would charge. And they didn't even mess up my carpet removing the old water heater. I could not ask for anything better.
