Plumbing problems are always emergencies, and Waterworks managed to get someone out the same day. It was late in the evening, but the technician was friendly, polite, cheerful and efficient. I could not have asked for better service, and their price was very similar to other companies that we have used in the past. We were very satisfied with the quality and the PRICE!

A little more expensive than I thought. Was charged a full hour for a 10 minute service call.

Where can you find service within one hour on a Saturday evening? Mr. Rooter! Very pleasant technician. Explained every detail!

What an excellent experience we had with this company. We woke up to a non-functioning toilet Sunday morning. After trying all the 'tricks' and it still not working, we called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and they were at our home within a couple of hours. Not only did he (the owner) repair our toilet, we needed all the shut-off valves and hoses replaced on every toilet and sink in the house, and he replaced all of it. He took care of all of that, plus replacing our kitchen faucet because it was leaking (we had not been aware it was leaking). All of this was done within a couple of hours, and the price was extremely reasonable. We were pleasantly surprised as we had been pricing the replacement of all the valves and hoses, and this was cheaper than what we expected...with the added bonus of a beautiful new kitchen faucet. We will DEFINITELY use them again, and we HIGHLY recommend you use them for your plumbing needs!

Our plumber showed up on time like they said they would. He was very friendly and told what was going with our tankless water heater. He had in up and going in a little over an hour. Didn't break the bank like other plumbers wanted to charge us.

I was calling around, and had a few people not call back. One wanted to have an appointment made. Another wanted me to go through a contractor. These guys told me the exact price they would charge, and when they could be there. They showed up on time. They did exactly what they said they would do. They charged me exactly what they said they would charge. And they didn't even mess up my carpet removing the old water heater. I could not ask for anything better.
