Best Plumbing in Columbus OH

I use Doc Thompson for all of our plumbing needs. They do great work and Matt Thompson has done a great job of hiring and keeping exceptional employees. They are always super kind with the homeowners and very reliable. We plan to use them for many years to come!

Craig and his staff have done a couple of repairs and fixes for me. They are top notch, honest and don't try to nickel and dime you for every little thing. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Columbus Market looking for standard to complicated plumbing repairs and/or work.

Had a leaking water heater. They diagnosed and replaced the heater quickly, cleanly and with minimal disruption. The work area was spotless during and after the repair. They even honored the warranty on equipment installed by another plumber. This is an experienced, family business that knows plumbing and does excellent quality work. I can't give them higher marks. I've used Buckeye for years, and they've always done a good job for me. I think their prices are reasonable and their technicians are very knowledgeable. I feel like I'm in good hands with Buckeye.

This guy is a joke. We had a deadline with the city and he said he would get on it. After delaying and making bad excuses for a week straight, he promised to be there the next morning. That never happened. He is unreliable and a liar. Do not use his subpar service.

I have worked with Ralph's several times over the years. They have always been fast, efficient and very fair. They exceed the standards of other companies and remind me of how business used to be. A fair price and great service for the customers.

The drain in my kitchen sink came apart . Charles came to take care of the problem. Very nice and professional. I have never used this company before and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Owner is super disrespectful and absolutely inconsiderate of a person's time, very arrogant! However, the staff was very nice but he's the most rude person I ever met, sad to say I'm a New Yorker saying this!

I called AB Plumbing when our hot water kept going out, and we needed to figure out what was going on with our water heater. I spoke wirh the service guy, who said it would be snywhere from $25-$75 to come out for the service call depending on what was wrong. The service guy came out the next day and unplugged it and hit reset, and said, OK that's $75. I understand the fee for a service, but not much was accomplished. He said he couldn't figure out what was wrong unless he took it apart and just started replacing the things he thought COULD be wrong. Well, why else would I call a plumber if they weren't expected to FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG and try fixing it. Told me how the water heater is probably on its last leg and to call them to get a new (Rheem) water heater and to avoid Home Depot. Needless to say, we had hot water when he left.

A week later, we were out of hot water again and resetting didn't help so I asked around and got a few better referrals. Called another and more well respected company where within moments of telling the worker the brand, year and model of the heater he had a very good idea of the problem. He showed up with the suspected part needed and sure enough, it just needed a new flame igniter which should have been easily realized for an experienced and respected plumber.

Beware of AB Plumbing!!!!

I recently moved to the area and decided to walk in to see if I could potentially get some contracting work done. As a potential customer this guy barks at me in stead of saying good morning or good afternoon I understand the culture that people are on the defense But it's just not good business. I now will take my business elsewhere sadly.
