Wow! Talk about fast and friendly service. I had an employee come to our front office at about 2:30 pm to say that there was a pretty bad leak in the men's room at our facility and that they couldn't get it to stop. After taking a look, we realized that we needed to call the professionals. We called American Air and they put us down for an emergency visit. Within an hour, they were on our property and fixing the problem. They had to drain the water from our building to do their repair but were nice enough to turn the water back on so my filthy mechanics could wash up to leave for the day. The gentleman got the problem fixed in no time. I am so thankful that we had American Air in our contact list of places to call because we sure did get fast and friendly service. I'll be sure to recommend them to anyone who needs help with their heating, cooling and plumbing needs.

We called His Grace Plumbing because he repaired another issue we had with a gas line a year ago. This time we came to our home at 6:30pm when we couldn’t find anyone. We had water pouring out of our kitchen cabinet through the ceiling, down the wall and into the basement. He saved us a lot of stress and worry as he fixed the issue with honesty, didn’t try to up charge us and was available when the big name companies expected us to have an emergency wait for two days!

We responded to an ad on Craigslist to see if Macon Plumbing could give us a good price on a hot water heater pick up and installation. Tony was able to help us the very next day and gave us a good price, picked up the hot water heater, installed it and got rid of our old tank. We saved $250 using him instead of the Lowe’s contractors. He was responsive, on time, fair priced, and very professional. It also gave us peace of mind that he was licensed and bonded. My home warranty company contacted this company to fix a leak in our shower. A tech came out, told us the faucet needed to be replaced, and said he would be back in a week with parts to fix it. That was eight weeks ago. Since then I have called this company three times directly, our warranty company has contacted them twice. I understand issues come up but I can’t even get a call back or update.

Harmony called me as soon as they opened to schedule my appointment. I have a home warranty and started the request through them. The man told me they could come today, gave me a time frame and showed up earlier then expected! The plumber was very nice and respectful. He changed my valve and gave me a new water line and was done in less then 30 min. I'm not sure why they have such bad reviews but I do know that plumbing issues are rarely as straightforward as ours was. I would use this company again based on our experience with them.
