I have used Enervise for many years now as our main HVAC go to. They are quick to respond, very knowledgeable about all the different types of heating and cooling units we have. All the technicians are very cordial and have no trouble telling you about the problem they are there for. When calling for repair to be made the person that you talk to on the phone is very nice and concerned to try to get your problem taken care of as fast as possible. Our water heater failed 6 days after moving into our new house. I had atlas butler out on the same day to replace the corroded shutoff valve for the heater so I could have water to the rest of the house while we waited for the home warranty company to sort out a new water heater. After waiting for them to eventually deny our claim (which would have taken 1 full week to get a water heater installed anyway) I called atlas butler at 5pm, and r hey had scheduled someone to come out first thing the following morning. John Kirkman and Nick Skipper came out with the water heater I needed already in the truck, replaced the water heater and properly replaced some cheap thermal expansion job done during the previous install years ago for only a little bit more cost than the warranties contractor quoted me anyway. I have used atlas butler for years and will absolutely continue doing so indefinitely

I had 2 leaks, 2 Bidets and one refrigerator water line to be hooked up. Vic and team did all the work quickly, wearing booties on their shoes and masks on their face the entire time. They are clean, professional, and thorough in their work. Will use again in a heartbeat! Highly recommended!

Jeremy was quick to respond and able to replace my toilet the following day. He was neat, clean and tidy and made sure I was happy with the work. I will certainly use Jeremy again for all of my house projects.

I had a toilet that begin to rock back-and-forth, was not level. Cary said he needed to change the Flange. The work held for two hours and I had to pay them $537. Their work does not come with a warranty. I hired a second plumber from a different company who corrected the work. Pictures were taken and documentation was made. The seal was incorrect, the bolts in the floor needed to be fixed, and a copper pipe that had been flattened had been stuffed under my toilet to Stop the rocking. It is my fault that I took a chance with work that was not under warranty because i was desperate but to receive shoddy and incorrect work is unacceptable. I felt taken advantage of.

Two very nice guys showed up, they made sure that all of the affected outside drain lines ran clean and to my satisfaction before they were done. Very proficient and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else.
