Best Video Inspection in Columbus OH

Tim and Nick were very professional and patient of my many questions about their work and the company's warranty. They worked non-stop until the job was done and left the area clean and safe. Also, thank you to Kristen and Alexia who were helpful, professional, and respectful when I called the office a few times. The estimate was fair and reasonable, and the work was completed in a timely fashion.

This company is fantastic. Called them at 10pm last night about a broken pipe. They were at our house at 8am today, and had it fixed by 830.

We have used them several times over the years to unclog drains and replace both of our water heaters. They are always very fast, courteous, and reasonably priced.

Highly recommended.

Horrible service. They came out, but didn't clear the drains properly. They came back out and then charge the full price AGAIN plus additional service fee! Just to finish the little bit of work they didn't do the first time. Then I speak to their office, they sais that's mistake, so I pay them, and now months later I receive aetter demanding additional payment.

Absolute joke and a thief- he pulled permits and never completed the project and completely didn’t do anything with the gas lines that were on his contract. He didn’t do the work that was started to code and never completed anything— the owner is a liar. Everyday was a new excuse as to why they couldn’t do their work - (that had been paid for btw) All this company can do is install hot water tanks and snake drains... children playing plumber And business owner
