I called Eddie this weekend and he was able to get to my house, after his appointments on Sunday. He stayed in connect with me through the day to confirm the appointment and when he was on his way. I got a quote from him and he fiinished the job that day.
I was so happy with his quaility service, his coming back next week for another job.

Gave false information to my insurance company about the repair needed. Technician smelt horrible, he had a huge hole in the back of his pants like he was attacked by a dog or something. While giving this false information to my insurance company he sat outside (which was ok because he stunk) but never came back to communicate anything to me about the work that needed done he just drove off leaving my door unlocked (I thought he was coming back in).

Amanda Plumbing installed our whole-house water filter. They we’re friendly, informative, efficient and appropriately masked for the current covid pandemic. The plumber was patient and friendly with our toddler who was delighted to watch the entire process and ask lots of inquiring questions along the way.

American Air bought out a smaller company we had been using. I have been impressed with everyone I have dealt with, from their sales folks who didn't try to over sell me when my furnace died on the coldest day of the year a couple of years ago, to all of the technicians who have been back to maintenance the units. The most recent Tech (Joel) spent extra time to track down a problem that wouldn't be going on in a two-year-old unit (thankfully still under warranty). His diligence saved us from a bigger problem down the road.

This guy is very unreliable. He came to my home gave me a price and said he would have someone else come out to work on it later and he would call me to let me know what time the person would be over. i waited 3 hours before i called and asked him if they were still going to come he said he would call back and never did. he is very unprofessional and im glad i went somewhere else.

I have never used this service and I never will. I'll exolain...explain.... Turning onto 71 from Frank road one of your drivers cut over 3 lanes just to get on 71. No turn signal, speeding, cutting 3 lanes. I was in my commercial vehicle and had to slam on the brakes so I didn't hit him. (Would have been his fault). Then this person speeds onto 71 north going well over the posted 55mph limit . I could t get a van number because his speed was to great. So this driver of yours sped, cut three Lans without signaling. This happened today 9-29-22 at approximately 9:20 am. He could have caused a very serious accident, including with me.

Absolute joke and a thief- he pulled permits and never completed the project and completely didn’t do anything with the gas lines that were on his contract. He didn’t do the work that was started to code and never completed anything— the owner is a liar. Everyday was a new excuse as to why they couldn’t do their work - (that had been paid for btw) All this company can do is install hot water tanks and snake drains... children playing plumber And business owner
