I was calling around, and had a few people not call back. One wanted to have an appointment made. Another wanted me to go through a contractor. These guys told me the exact price they would charge, and when they could be there. They showed up on time. They did exactly what they said they would do. They charged me exactly what they said they would charge. And they didn't even mess up my carpet removing the old water heater. I could not ask for anything better.

We have been with American Air for years. They are a wonderful company. Tom one of their technicians comes to service our heating and air conditioning unit twice a year. He is very knowledgeable and very curtious. Scheduling is very easy and accommodating to fit our needs. I would highly recommend them.
