I've used Bucktown C&M services for toilet installation, outdoor spigot replacement, and gas line work. Every time they arrive within they window they provided, do good work, and charge within the framework of the original estimate. Good work at a fair price will keep me coming back to them

Logan was very professional and fixed my issue quickly, neatly and timely. The pipes under my sink disconnected and the basket under the non-disposal side of the sink had broken, probably just with age.

Initially a good company to work for.

Then goals become unrealistic.

Material acquisition was problematic to say the least. They never had material to complete the jobs at hand. Then wanted to know why job was taking longer.

Company supplied specialized tools, however they wanted them back almost as soon as they reached your hands.

The company vehicle was a nice perk. However, it spent more time broke down than running. When it was broke down, drove own vehicle a lot. Company paid for gas, but additional wear and tear on vehicle was out of pocket.

Overall would go back to them if I had to, but would avoid if all possible.

Needed help last weekend with hot water heater. Was able to walk me through fixing it over the phone to save me a costly visit as well as time with out hot water. Thank you.

Thank you so much for coming to rescue our emergency plumbing leak. Gabriel was promp to reply and quick to come help us. We called His Grace Plumbing because he repaired another issue we had with a gas line a year ago. This time we came to our home at 6:30pm when we couldn’t find anyone. We had water pouring out of our kitchen cabinet through the ceiling, down the wall and into the basement. He saved us a lot of stress and worry as he fixed the issue with honesty, didn’t try to up charge us and was available when the big name companies expected us to have an emergency wait for two days!
