Carmine did a great job! He was super communicative and positive and on time. Gave me all my options and then when we had a little glitch after the install he was back the same day to make a quick adjustment. Super happy with this service.

We had a water heater installed this past Saturday. Andrew Coleman, the installer, was very informative and knowledgeable. We had two 40 gallon heaters, with one leaking. I ordered one replacement 40 gallon which he brought with him. When he saw what we were working with, he explained several different options that were available to us. He saw the second heater was on its last leg, so he recommended we get rid of them both and install a 50 gallon to meet our needs. He immediately called home depot and located a 50 gallon. Within 45 minutes he was removing and installing the new heater. He explained the features and how to maintain the heater. We will definitely purchase from Home Depot again because of Delta and Andrew. We will be requesting Andrew for every job, and will be referring him to our friends.
