Flow Right sent me an email this morning announcing Ralph would be arriving shortly. Once Ralph arrived, he got right to work replacing our upstairs toilet. Ralph was finished in no time hauling away the old toilet and ensuring everything was in order. After he finished during his final checks, he found the new toilet was not flushing correctly.
