Called them to install an irrigation stem out. They set an appointment for the next morning. The next morning, Shane called prior to arriving to inform me he was on his way. He was very professional, did a great job and explained everything he was doing. He left my property in great shape, cleaned up his mess and put everything back in place. Before staring he wrote up an estimate and explained all costs associated. Upon completion the final invoice did not exceed the estimate. B&L was a pleasure to work with. I will call again for my future plumbing needs.

Came out to repair a leaky valve which required a new 1 inch piece of copper pipe. Installed a pvc water line from main water line to refrigerator ice maker. Invoice from day one inspection and fixing copper pipe was $96 dollars less than what I ended up paying when they came back to finish the job by installing the water line. Told me that parts adjusted the cost even though all parts were known about the day of the original estimate. Didn’t get a very good answer when I asked why the cost was so different between the two invoices. This company has affordable in their name but I feel that they ripped me off. I do not recommend the use of this plumbing company.

Call this guy (Mark). He was great. My toilet decided to stop up on a Friday evening. I called several places, he was least expensive, fast, and friendly. He came out in the evening and didn't charge me out the nose. If you get his voicemail leave a message, he texted me right away and called after completing the job he was on. THANK YOU, MARK!
