He correctly diagnosed what the likely cause of each of my two issues was and gave me a quote of what it would cost to fix. In my case, a poorly installed garbage disposal with an ill-fitted gasket, and a burst pipe between the back faucet and the waterline in the basement. Spot on evaluation, excellent work, and he rightly called out how much time it would likely take before he started. He even let me watch a great deal of his work - hopefully I wasn't a bother - which was very educational. His years of experience and expertise were never in doubt. They fixed the pipe under the bathroom and patched it with cement but did not even out the concrete so now can't install the toilet back in place

We used WireNut for some HVAC maintenance and we're happy with their service, so we decided to use them for a full AC and Furnace replacement. The tech who installed the system decided to leave early and not finish the installation. Only a month later we noticed that the Furnace is making a vibration noise and water is pooling on the furnace, making the screws rust and the panel oxidize. Not only that, we noticed that the outside AC unit is making a lot more noise then our old unit. We called WiteNut to have them come out and look at it and they responded that they would charge us $79 after we've spent almost $10,000 with them. The $79 is not the problem, but the principal that they would not even look at their workmanship without charging us even more. Extremely unhappy with their customer service and will not ever use them again.

Called in due to water heater leaking for over a month and Aaron was able to squeeze me in to get it taken care of immediately. His employee was nice, professional and diligently double checking the process and might be his way of making sure everything is up to code, too. Overall, it was done quickly and will certainly recommend.
