Worked with John Speiser. We had issues with our water heater pilot light not staying on. John worked with us to offer multiple alternatives to help fix things, which ultimately culminated in our doing a complete water heater replacement for an 8-yr old unit. John was great. Talkative, nice, and professional - and explained things to me in a way where I understood. As a company, B&L was great. They came out quickly, offered alternatives, and the work was done within 3 hours from start to finish for a full replacement. Price was very competitive vs. some of the larger competitors.
