Amazing people! They’re always here within 24 hours of calling! Always on time! Or early! They installed a new furnace and AC unit for us within a day! Super clean about it! They did the work as soon as they could especially since we have a 5 month old in the house. Andrew, Jacob, and Caleb, were the ones here for the install! Jacob was the one who came out and found out we needed a new unit. They’re super friendly. They explain everything they’re doing! Stephanie in the office is amazing and super sweet! Since when it comes to inspections they only tell them a day and it’s anywhere between 8-5, she made sure to call us to at least let us know what number we were on the list so we could leave for a little if we had too! Two weeks ago, I met with Scott Bryant from Comfort By Design and he invested a large amount of time looking at my current system and helping me decide what I needed to do to resolve my issues. I had called because the HVAC system in the house which was 21 years old had failed and I was looking to replace the entire system. He walked me through all my options, costs, and spent a significant amount of time explaining the differences between systems. Scott was extremely helpful and did not make me feel any pressure to make a decision. After a bit of internal discussion, we decided to go with the option that Comfort By Design had suggested.
Less than two weeks later and the team is here installing the system. The team doing the install. Anthony and Jeremy have been working here at my location all day and Jon and Joe joined than for part of the day. They are very professional and explained the entire process to me ahead of time. They removed all the old equipment, and everything was pretty much perfect when they left. They did have to cut a few holes in the ceiling to route an exhaust vent, so people are scheduled to come back and repair that. Once everything was done Jeremy walked me through the new system and I probably asked more questions than he wanted but he patiently answered every one.
The system is installed, the install area is clean, and I am able to use my AC again. I’m anxious to see how my new 98% efficient heater works in the fall as well. Thanks a ton, to Comfort By Design for making this an easy and quick process. You guys are the best.

I needed a toilet installed ASAP in my rental property yesterday. Another plumbing company was completely unprofessional about it, Lowes gave me the run around for a week and I was fed up! I called Jazy Frei at about 830 am and by 130pm they were at the house putting in the toilet. Chris at the office was extremely friendly and helpful! The gentlemen that went to the house was also very kind and patient with me and Lowes while picking up the toilet. I appreciate their help and will be using them in the future!

We had a very positive experience with The Wire Nut. Julian was on time and very knowledgeable. He explained everything in an easy to understand manner and took more time than I anticipated for a basic tune up service. I had the impression the job at my house was paramount, and it never felt like he was needing to rush tom is next appointment. I had to contact him the following day and he followed through promptly with my requests to get me brochures and email me pictures he had taken. Thank you Julian!
