Best Heat Exchange in Colorado Springs CO

We paid for a new furnace and install and these guys showed up several hours late. When the city inspector came this morning, he found a gas leak and ventilation problems. My wife and I both have tried calling to get someone to come fix the leak and dispatch will not give us any estimated time of arrival or even confirm if anyone will be able to fix the leak today. Dispatch told us someone would call us quickly. It has been two and a half hours and no word from them...and we still have a gas leak.The day after the HVAC techs finished the install, we inexplicably had problems flushing the downstairs toilet in the bathroom right next to the furnace closet. We called One Source and asked for a plumber. They sent a guy who, you guessed it, showed up late. He asked if I happened to have a snake tool in the garage that he could use. Eventually, he just admitted it: he was not even a plumber. He was an HVAC tech. The guy started trying to sell me a warranty while I started working to fix the toilet.

I contacted OakView to get a second opinion on my failing HVAC system. They sent Joseph out to give me an estimate. He was on time and incredibly professional. He let us know what we were looking at for a replacement of our aging furnace and A/C unit. He informed us of our options and we were more than happy to sign on the dotted line for service.

He was able to schedule us for the week after and when the time came, he and his crew were there and ready to work. The replaced our entire HVAC system in a day! To say I was impressed would be an understatement! When they finished, Joseph made sure we had inspection dates that worked with our schedule. He let us know that he was available should anything come up.

We ended up taking him up on the offer and called him to see how much a condensate pump would be. He drew up the invoice and was there the next day! Needless to say, we were overjoyed to work with such a professional and competent staff. Working with Joseph was a pleasure and he represented the company well. I've already sent his card to anyone looking for HVAC work!

I just moved in and the previous owner didn't winterize correctly. I found a leak and Cory came out and drained my pipes and checked it out for free! Great guy and now my future plumber.

Home Heating has been doing our annual service for years, replaced a furnace at our old house 6+ years ago, and just today helped me out of a major jam(of my own doing). Long story short, a water heater flush and supply line replacement I attempted to do myself went horribbly wrong, and the furnace needed replacing as a result. And fast. It's January in Colorado. Since the water heater hit the 10 year mark and there was noticeable corrosion at the supply and outlet threads, that needed replacement as well. When this emergency hit, everyone I spoke with at Home Heating, AS ALWAYS, was empathetic, courteous, professional, and getting everything back up and running seemed just as important to them as it was to me. This company sets the standard when it comes to service. Frankly, I don't shop around to try and find a cheaper price because this outfit and everyone I've ever dealt with there is worth every penny paid. Special thanks to Kristen and Marcus for today.
