Best General Maintenance in Colorado Springs CO

I have used Bill's plumbing twice. Once after hours for a clogged drain and then today to install a new dishwasher in my home that has never had a dishwasher. They are great to.work.with! Would recommend them for any plumbing service!

Answered all my questions and gave me tips on things to watch out for based on my current installation, with suggestions for upgrades and improvements if I have any other issues. 100% will come back to him in the future.

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Caleb came by just a couple hours after I had to turn off my water because my shower wouldn't cut off. He had the work done in 20 mins for a good price and was an awesome guy to talk to. I'd recommend this company for any plumbing disaster you might have in your house.

Andrew and Nathan installed our AC and were professional and worked hard and they were very pleasant. An inside door was accidentally scratched and they discounted the installation fee to cover the paint no problem. They answered all our questions and cleaned up. We had an issue with our water heater which they had installed. Samuel Hazelet was the HVAC expert that was sent out to us. He came unexpectedly quickly and took care of what turned out to be a quickly rectified issue in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner. He even checked with his master plumber to make sure he had not missed anything. We were very impressed with Sam as we are with his company. We will certainly be calling upon them in the future if we have any HVAC needs. Top shelf company and top shelf personnel.

I called and scheduled an appointment, in October, for a furnace tune up using their coupon for $79 out of the val pack. Appointment was scheduled for November. They sent me a text the day before to confirm and asked me to have my phone available between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 pm. I had my phone available I have no missed calls, no missed texts, no missed messages from this business. So, I called after 1:00 p.m. asking what happened?? They told me they canceled because they had a high priority call! You may as well tell your customers they don't matter to you at all if they're just a regularly scheduled furnace tune up. I would not recommend this company, I will not use them again and I'm highly disappointed! They did offer to reschedule me but not until December........ Only use this company if you have time to waste!
