Rick @ Excellent Plumbing did a great job. He was professional and courteous as well as prompt. By calling ahead we were able to meet at the house and get the job done quickly. I will definitely call Rick again for future plumbing needs.

Alex with Team Plumbing was fantastic. He was quick and knowledgeable. He told me exactly what had happened and how he would fix it. The work was done the same day. Very impressed with his professionalism.

My overall experience was good with the gentleman who did the work if this review was based solely on that it would be 5 stars, however, it’s not. The missing two stars is because of the companies invoice policy on charging for the time it takes their employees to get to my house to start working and then billing for time he is not working waiting for supplies to be delivered to start work. As a company you don’t charge your customers when work is not being done and your guy is sitting around doing nothing you as a company eat that cost and find other ways to be profitable, but not at the expense of the customer.
