Best Furnaces Air Conditioner Maintenance in Colorado Springs CO

*Updated* After my initial review below, Heat Depot reached out to me about correcting their shortcomings. The company arranged two carpet cleaning companies to come out and inspect the damage, and then paid the cost of having the carpet spot cleaned. Overall, I'm pleased with the resolution and because of the good deal I originally received, would somewhat cautiously recommend Heat Depot going forward.*Original* About the only time that Heat Depot proved to be efficient was when they were coming out to quote the install of a new AC unit at my residence. Despite having several contractors give quotes, I agreed to let Heat Depot do the work when they quoted what I thought was the best deal.During the installation, AC coolant from the old unit was spilled all across our back patio, staining the concrete and blue pipe sealant compound was smeared in to the carpet in a very visible walking area inside the house. The installers did not bring with them everything to finish the job on the first appointment and had to come back a second time, and despite this, the new furnace still failed inspection from the city. After another call to Heat Depot to get the furnace issue corrected, the tech who showed up four hours after the promised time didn't even know what he was there to fix, despite us having exactly explained what the problem was when we called (a missing cover piece on the furnace filter.)The filter cover was finally installed after yet another appointment, but despite repeated inquiries about getting our carpet cleaned or repaired, due to Heat Depot's negligence, we have been brushed aside and told that the owner is looking in to it and will follow up with us.Now, what I should mention here is that the original install was completed in April and six months later we still have no resolution. I've waited and tried to give the company every opportunity to correct their shortcomings, but at this point, all I can do is warn other potential customers. Once the company has your money, you are no longer a priority and I wish I'd paid slightly more for a better installation and a company who stands behind their work.

I had these guys out when my AC stopped working. The person I spoke with over the phone was friendly and helpful and was able to get a technician to my house that day! The technician arrived in a timely manner, was able to diagnose and fix the problem. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing work done on a furnace or AC unit!

We trust Tim with our rental for plumbing and heating at all times. TIm is very knowledgeable and works detailed. He's always on time and takes the time to explain details and instruct our tenants with all questions at hand. We would like for the office girls to respond better and in a more timely manner. Living several states away doesn't make it easy but with Oak View and especially Tim for plumbing AND heating we feel comfortable and safe.

Added 12/04/2020 >>> Oak View Mechanical was serving our rental via a manager before we took over the managing part ourselves. That said - we talked to other companies in the area but found OVM one of the least 'want to sell you the most expensive equipment' company and are very impressed with Tim's work and experience. The new office team understood our wish of timely response due to the fact we are far away from the location and the icing on the cake >>> CHRISTMAS COOKIES --- THANK you so much - we love them and the extra mile OVM goes to see their customers happy.
