“We had to have our 16 yr old water heater looked at, which we figured would need replaced. Colin was on time and very friendly and courteous. He was very knowledgeable about the product and even our old system. Once I decided on the new system, he had to go pick one up. He was back in an hour or less. Then he said it would take about 3 hours to take out the old and install the new. I think it only took him an 1 - 1 1/2. He was very efficient, kept my house clean and I was very surprised he was able to do it all himself, even with the stairs! He explained everything before he left and said to call him if I had any other questions. For calling Roto-Rooter at 11:30am in the morning, to having a newly installed water heater by 5:30pm, I wish all issues were as simple as this. I would also love to have Colin to work with anytime again. I will recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone who needs them! Thank you for the amazing service!
