For 25 years I have relied on Richard at Doc's Rooter Service to keep my 200 foot long main sewer line free from tree roots so that I don't get sewage backups into my finished basement. Always reliable! Most reasonable price for this service that I've found. Get a quote from someone else? I don't even bother with that any more - I just know he will charge a reasonable rate, do a good job, and guarantees his work. Call him if you have any drains that run slow or are clogged. I believe you will love his rates and really like his work!

I had a broken main pipe under my house and was leaking into my basement.

It was pretty late at night and Cody came out and gave me a free estimate (and didn't charge an after hours fee like other plumbers do!).

His prices were WAAAAY less then I thought they were going to be based on other plumbers I've talked to in the past.

He even stayed late to help me clean up the water mess in my basement, ( and he didn't charge me for it either).

He was very sweet and professional the whole time. I highly recommend him and his very affordable and well done plumbing work to anyone needing a plumber.

Colin was excellent! He provided great customer service, fixed the issue and made sure I was comfortable with the repair. Also was able to get a great price. Finally they have a 6 month warranty on the work. Would recommend again for plumbing needs.

Russ is one heck of a plumber. We discovered water in our crawl space today, and, I'm pretty sure, he squeezed us into his already full day. He pumped the water out, then low crawled to the other end of the house to switch out the sump pump that had failed. Poor guy was covered in mud when he exited. :(

He examined the pipes outside where the water exits the house and discovered it needed a larger pipe. So he replaced the piping in the middle of a torrential downpour. All while whistling.

Whistling, ya'll! It's been 2.5 hours of him working on this issue, and his disposition is as carefree as ever.

He laid plastic and drop cloths down to protect the carpeting and flooring.
