Best Commercial Building in Colorado Springs CO

This guy fooled around with my leaky faucet, ending up being unusable, then charged us 130.00 for his body being here. In my book if you can't fix the problem, you don't charge for the problem or was 130.00 a trip charge? Also, he gave an outrageous estimate of 600.00 dollars to put in a washtub. This place is a no-go.
Too bad he was so was so bad we are interested in remodeling our bathroom and now he is 'out'.

I had these guys out when my AC stopped working. The person I spoke with over the phone was friendly and helpful and was able to get a technician to my house that day! The technician arrived in a timely manner, was able to diagnose and fix the problem. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing work done on a furnace or AC unit!

Had to replace two water heaters pretty quickly. Olympic City was fast and very competitive on their pricing…. Only took a few hours to install and clean up and they were very professional. Very happy with the work, highly recommend!

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.

A Service call was placed for a plugged bar drain... Plumber arrived and showed where the drain problem was. Went to work vehicle and came back with small snake to clear problem.. was here for 5 minutes and stated drain was clear. Next day we had to call another company and was told problem was deeper than expected and ran water for longer than two minutes... Not a happy customer when you have to pay two separate plumbing companies to fix one problem.

Had an emergency water leak, called David who arrived quickly and did the repair right away. He did an excellent job for a very reasonable fee. I highly recommend this company.

Jonathan was awesome and did a great job. Price was much lower then others. cleared our drain promptly and cleaned everything up. He was also very courteous and helpful! Great job.

I had a plumbing issue on a Saturday morning and Jolly Plumbing was able to get someone over to my house within a couple hours of my call. The technician, Daniel, was friendly and professional. He worked quickly and had the issue fixed within an hour. I highly recommend Jolly Plumbing!

I just moved in and the previous owner didn't winterize correctly. I found a leak and Cory came out and drained my pipes and checked it out for free! Great guy and now my future plumber.
