One Source took over for Heat Depot. Their benefits are better! I had an appointment scheduled today and my appointment was not scheduled correctly. It was 30 minutes past my scheduled time and I called to see what was going on. They ended up sending Elizabeth to service our furnace for our annual check. Elizabeth was so sweet and it was great that she took the time to come out and take care of us today. Especially, since it is New Years Eve. They could have rescheduled but they made things right. Elizabeth was knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend One Source based on Elizabeth and her customer service. Even though One Source took over for Heat Depot, I would recommend them based on my experience today. I did give them 4 stars based on the scheduling error. It was frustrating waiting for 4 hours and then finding out that you were not actually scheduled.UPDATEDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Run away and pick a company that is reputable and cares about their customers. We had a furnace installed and there was an issue after the city inspection. They fixed it but never set up another inspection with the city. There is only one person in the office that can do handle this issue and he never bothered to call us. They said that they voided the permit because they didn’t hear from us, yet I tried for 7 months to get Terry to call me back. He didn’t ever call the city back. I tried to talk to the owner and he never bothered to call. Now, we will pay for another permit and pray that they fixed their poor install.

We had several appointments (to have a backed-up kitchen sink repaired) canceled or rescheduled by this company, all at the last minute. Very frustrating at best, after taking off time from work to meet them. Our experience with them unfortunately found them to be very unprofessional and unreliable.

We had our furnace tuned-up today by Marc and he did an excellent job explaining some issues he came across during the tune-up. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable. Thanks to his expertise and guidance we will not only save money but save our furnace!
