I had attempted to replace the mechanisms for my commode by myself. What resulted as a major leak. Todd from Western Peak Plumbing responded to my call in a timely manner and set an appointment time. Todd was on time, pleasant, polite and friendly. He took the time to properly diagnosis the issues, worked well with my HOA and explained what I had done wrong. Todd took the time to show me the proper method of replacing the parts. Todd invited me call if there where any leaks or new issues. Thank you Todd, I will definitely call you instead of trying to tackle a repair on my own.

I'm not sure if they squeezed us in to a busy schedule or not, but they came and got our job done, which was updating piping to meet code. However, in the process, it doesn't seem there was any preparation involved. They left a mess along multiple areas that they cut in to. Paint and other finishes were chipped and damaged.
