From the quoting to the product to the installation, Pompeii's was absolutely the best. We were on the fence about getting a tankless water heater for our home, and they answered all our questions. Matt was very responsive in providing the quote, and scheduling our install. Rocky and Chris did an outstanding job in the installation, even providing a couple of valves as a courtesy. All of these gentlemen were professional, courteous, and efficient. We're relatively new to the area, and Pompeii's now has a customer for life. Couldn't be more pleased! Called H.Jack for what we thought was a leaky water tank issue. They came out that day and found it was the air conditioner that was the problem. Fixed it on the spot and were very courteous and professional and finished quickly. Would use them again.
