We had an issue with sewer drainage in our rental home and it was existing for years. After many different plumbers were not able to diagnose the problem H Jack came in and put everything right. They are all professional and easy to deal with. They keep you informed of what is happening and are very proficient,. After what we have been through, including the inhalation of sewer gas we are very happy that H Jack was able to fix the problem. They are worth every dime spent. He never showed up for the appointment, never called or texted either. Waste of my time. Also, didn't answer his phone when I called him to find out if he was coming?? Very disappointed.
Edit: he called 3 hours later and said he had equipment trouble.
