Tom came out to replace a leaking spigot and put in new valves. He was given a run for his money as the spigot was terrible to come out but Tom took the time to explain what he needed to do, how he was going to do it, and took the actions to do it. I hope to work again for Tom and Plumbing Tech again in the spring, they do amazing work so far!

Take your business elsewhere! The service tech assured me they fixed the problem with my air conditioner, just to leave and charge me a boatload of money. Ten minutes after he left, the problem happened again and no one could get ahold of the tech. They dispatched the owner to have to come back to address the actual issue. Original tech was in a rush to get the job done. It was an dreadful experience. It was pulling teeth to get them to come to finish the job and charged me even more money! I don’t recommend this company. I should have listened to myself about using someone else.
The owner had to come to actually fix the problem that clearly wasn’t fixed the first time. How embarrassing. Overcharged me as well. Awful experience
