I had my hot water heater go out, and initially hired another heating and cooling company to come diagnose and fix the issue. The service person was dishonest about the issue, claimed I needed an entire new tank, and tried to sell me a new one at $1600.

Enter Tim and Alex from Plumb Nation who correctly diagnosed the issue to the elements needing to be replaced. $345 bill. Alex was even prepared to contact the manufacturer on my behalf to ensure they covered a full replacement, should that be the case! Tim also took the time to explain to me the issue so I clearly understood the needed repair and was a complete gentlemen. As a young, single woman, I cannot appreciate this enough.

So thankful to have an ethical company to call for any future plumbing needs!!

I hired Neptune in 2020 to install new furnace, hot water tank and A/C. Ben Newman did all the installations and continues to visit periodically for maintenance. He is very professional and explains everything so I can understand. Always on time for appointments and never tries to sell me anything I do not need. The recent hit of severe winter weather took its toll on our 83 year old home when a pipe burst and water covered every corner of the basement. We contacted The Plumbing Solution immediately after the insurance company. We had used The Plumbing Solution in the past and were so impressed with their work that we didn't even consider calling anyone else. The husband and wife team are professional, very knowledgeable and quick to assess the damage. In this case, we had a peculiar situation as the pipe was located in an awkward area in the wall next to the dishwasher. Also, the way the tiles had been installed made it an even bigger challenge for them to remove the dishwasher. Because of their tenacity, what they predicted to be a four hour job was only three hours. What impressed me most was how well they worked with the insurance company and that they did the work as promised late into the evening even after having a very challenging day of other repair problems similar to ours. We are very grateful to them because we were able to use our bathroom and shower again instead of traveling back and forth to our neighbors. Thank you Mike and Dawn for coming to the rescue.
