So pleased with their estimate and service. I felt they were very thorough in making sure what system I needed, had a transparent approach and pricing, and able to schedule replacement in a reasonable time. Very pleased with comparing to others. Thanks Joey!

My daughter called this company, because we had hot water tank issue. The guy named Mike talked to us and scheduled a visit.
Today, nor him neither one of his workers ever showed up.
Now, it is late Friday and we cannot get another plumber.
In 12 hours, this Mike asked us to confirm 3 times that we kept appointment via text, but later today, when we had a missef call, he told us that we were supposed to pick up a phone, when his worker called to confirm once again.
We were never told to wait for a call from anybody.

We were told to wait 2 pm till 6 pm on Friday, and we were told about text confirmation system.

This is distasteful that this person did not do his job and instead of fixing his mistake, he acted like a bully.

I read their reviews on Yelp, and they are mostly 1 star. If I could give 0 or - 1, I would.

This person or his company workers are not somebody you want to do a job in your house.

Hire somebody else.

A+ service and work. Out bid the other estimates. Same day response, assessment, and estimate. Once accepted, started the next day and completed major excavation, repair of sewage and storm sewer lines in one and a half days. Best plumbing experience I’ve ever had. Chris is a good person to top it off.

Nothing but great things to say about North Ohio Sewer & Drain! They were very quick to respond to my inquiry. Justin communicated everything that was going on at my property. I live out of state so his detail and explanation of what was going on was beyond helpful.
