Plus your techs were wrong on how to fix issues they said they would have to cut holes in walls well there was no need for that plenty of room in crawl to fix broken pipe

Had a hot water heater break on a Friday, or at least that is when I found it. Called Roto-Rooter that evening and they had someone out the next day at 8 AM.
