We called about a small amount of sewage backing up from our basement floor drain. Ryan came out the same morning and inspected our sewer line with a camera. He showed us part of our old clay pipes had broken under our front yard and would need to be replaced. They scheduled the repair for a few days later.

Ryan came out that morning and repaired the pipe within a day. He was very professional and friendly, kept us updated on his progress, and answered all our questions. He explained that they installed a vertical cleanout in the yard which will make maintenance easier in the future.

This is the second time we have hired this company, and we have been very happy with their work both times. Thank you!

We recently had Roto-Rooter from the Avon, Ohio come to our home to clear a blocked floor drain. This is our second experience with the company (a defect in the original construction of the home requires periodical maintenance).
