My duplex tenants reported that water was backing up into their homes. It was a Saturday evening and we needed fast action. My regular plumber could not respond until the next morning. H Jack was on the scene in about an hour from getting the call. They did a quick diagnosis and cut through the roots blocking the drain very quickly. Both tenants were very pleased with the entire service and the rates were very reasonable for the time and urgency. I absolutely recommend them.

Jake was super helpful and they were able to get us in same day. Look out for the upselling (they'll try to get you to buy drain cleaners or clean out every drain in your house) but, if you stick to your guns and insist that they only do what you need, the cost was reasonable and the serviceman was friendly and competent. Plus, they enter you into a drawing to win back the cost of your bill if you write a review like this one! (our guy was Jake 807, and he did go the extra mile and was very communicative, so it's not JUST entering the drawing that got me to do this... although I probably never would have otherwise.) I recommend.

H. Jack was highly professional and reliable. We had a clogged sink and needed someone to attend to it that day. I called and before I could leave a message an associate called me back. They sent someone out immediately on a Sunday morning. Ben was extremely helpful. We would highly recommend H. Jack to fix and help with any home repairs or needs.
