My experience with WyattWorks, and the technician that was sent to my home, was above average. Very easy to set up an appointment time, and the technician was prompt, fast, but thorough, and neat. He explained my options clearly, inspected the pipes leading to the problem area, and did just what I asked without pressuring me to add in other work. I also appreciate that this firm services my area, as the first (highly recommended) Cleveland plumbers I called did not. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars was the pricing, which I thought was somewhat high. However, I was willing to pay for a job well done.

I’m getting to be a regular with Gorjanc and this morning Eric returned to address a water leak that has eluded me for some time. Eric is very methodical in trying to detect problems since the piping is enclosed in the ceiling of my first floor. After accessing the bathroom he felt that the old toilet that was installed by a family member may be the culprit. He installed the toilet and did some silicon caulking around opportune places. I have no hole in my ceiling. Time will tell if that corrected the problem and my century home has a new toilet that gives my second floor bathroom a new clean look. Can’t thank you enough and look forward to the next project I’ll have for you.
