Best Water Supply Lines in Cincinnati OH

Arrived for a late evening emergency after I attempted to replace an old toilet but encountered problems trying to get the new one installed. He was able to fix the issue so I could complete the installation!!!

Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

After receiving a fairly outrageous quote from another company, I contacted Best. They were able to get someone out to see me same day, the plumber was friendly, quoted me quickly, and finished the job with zero issues. Would (and will) use again if the need arises.

Edit: My home warranty company assigned a different company to replace my broken water heater. Over 2 weeks of runaround and little communication from the other company, my warranty company allowed me to use a company of my choosing. After my last experience with Best they were my first call.

They made it out the next day, replaced the water heater the same visit, and even gave me a discount for the issues that arrived from my warranty company and the other plumbing company (even though Best had nothing to do with that mess).

Needless to say, after my last 2 experiences, I am fairly certain I have found my plumbing company for the foreseeable future.

I had a leaking pipe next to my toilet that needed emergency repair and they got plumber to my house within an hour of calling them! The representative was extremely helpful, respectful and got the job done quickly! It’s a top-notch experience and I am very thankful and would recommend and use their services again.

Installed a new twin bowl laundry sink replacing an old heavy concrete sink. The old sink was cumbersome and pretty hard to excavate. Initially, a smaller single bowl sink was installed due to the unavailability of a twin bowl sink. A new supply line to the sink and a new faucet with both, hot and cold water lines were also installed. The sink works well and the service through Collier's Plumbing was very affordable.

We were pleased that he had our drain unclogged in no time. He explained everything and told us how to prevent it from happening again. Thank you for great service at a better price then the other plumbers. Will definitely use you again.

We called Roto Rooter this morning and within the hour someone was here to auger our basement drain. He was very capable and handled our situation very quickly. Unfortunately we are still waiting for someone to get here for the water restoration part that we have already paid for- that was promised same day.

The technicians with Markco Plumbing did a fantastic job of installing a gas line for our pool heater. They were professional, respectful and their work was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.

Nathan was amazing ! He came out same day , gave us a quote , helped us break down pricing and financing and got to work the next day ! We appreciated how detail oriented he was , on time and kind he was. He installed a kitchen sink and faucet for us , then washer and dryer hookup with brand new water lines and plumbing. He worked extremely hard and we’re thankful for him!

I called Roto-Rooter to help with a plugged house drain. Their Technician, Roger, was there in about and hour. Roger was courteous, friendly and professional. He evaluated the situation and provided me with a couple of options. He cleared the clog and made sure water was flowing freely in less than an hour. Overall a very positive experience.
