Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

Tarvin Plumbing was extremely responsive and professional when our old hot water heater died. The morning after it died, I called Tarvin and they were at my home with a new hot water heater TWO HOURS later! They were efficient in installing it. There was a weld that did not hold, and they came quickly when we discovered that and fixed it quickly. Their pricing was fair. Tarvin will be our plumber from now on.

Ken Neyer Plumbing did an excellent job at my house. They were very prompt, actually a little early but that was even better. Philip Gerwe and his apprentice, who I’m sorry I forgot his name was very pleasant as well as Philip. They had the job done and cleaned up and had it done in a reasonable amount of time. Great guys you got working for ya Ken. Really Really nice guys and they did a FANTASTIC JOB! I would definitely recommend them. I now have my fireplace up and running. My wife and I met Quality Comfort Home Services at the home show and made an appointment to look at our old water heater. I scheduled them to come out on my day off the following week. As luck would have it our water heater stopped working before our appointment date. I reached out to Dana and she was able to get us an estimate that day and install the water heater the next day. Great job unclogging my kitchen drain. I also had HELP provide a quote for replacing an outdoor water faucet. The quote was 400.00 higher than the competitions quote for the same job.

Wingate Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Roofing were awesome! They were respectful and professional in replacing my furnace's heat exchanger. Not only did they replace it, they made sure my gas furnace is running more efficiently by adding air duct work as performed by Ty, Robby and Johnny. They did a fantastic job! Most of all, they cleaned up after themselves and kindly answered all my questions. Ty was awesome with explaining to me as a new home buyer how to operate the furnace, water heater, and AC along with giving me tips to make sure they are running efficiently. I was very impressed with this service especially since I'm Deaf, they made sure I understood everything they were saying with respect and professionalism. I highly recommend this company!!

They replaced the water line from the meter to the house. There was one issue which they came out and addressed promptly. The personnel were very easy to work with. Stiĺl need to wait for the soil to settle in the 4 foot deep trench and around the meter.

We are very pleased with the services provided by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. We have called them out on multiple occasions for simple repairs, a master shower demo & install and even emergency services. Ethan especially is great to work with. He has been assigned to help us on estimates and emergency repairs. Ethan is always very professional, transparent, and does a great job.

I seriously cannot believe this company is sent out to do work. Warranty company sends them out, technician is never on time, never responds to messages or calls, needs to order parts for job but won't tell you what they need. Working on a lawsuit against this company and warranty company at the moment because this is laughable and a total scam

Had water backup into the basement. Called late at night and Roto-Rooter was there in 30 minutes. They were able to take care of my issue quickly and efficiently. Their technician John was very polite and professional.
